Prometheus Fan Art and a Mystery

This is from a still capture of the Prometheus trailer. Who is that on the right?
Many people online seem to think it is the Space Jockey himself. Oh Ridley
Scott...I want to know more dammit! (Click to make bigger so you can see said
strange looking being in greater detail).
I found these pics online. They look amazing don't you think? These are by artist Rado Javor, and if you're like me, these can possibly hold you over until another movie trailer gets released later this spring. You can click any of these to make them bigger.

Some people are so talented. Have a great weekend!

Those are some crazy amazing illustrations.

And I've been meaning to say, that quote from Slipstream you have at the top of your page is most intriguing. Most intriguing indeed...

Just wait until a grumpy bulldog breaks into Fox and steals all the prints of the movie just like in my Xmas story. Bwahahahahahahahaha...

That is a nice collection of illusterations.
Talk about talent - take a look at the blogs called something Clever and Incidental comics. They make me wonder as to why they are not doing comic strips in News papers already.

Wait, are those FAN ART, or CONCEPT ART?

Because if it's FAN art, where are they getting their info from? That trailer that was out?

But if it's CONCEPT art, this movie just got more fantastic looking. It might be the only movie I'm looking forward to this year.

I love art like this. What amazes me is the imagination, the detail and how many hours it must take to paint something like this.

Very cool pics! Love the theme of sunlight trying to breakthrough in the background. Makes them look so post-apocolyptic.

Wow, I wish I had that kind of talent. I'd draw all kinds of worlds.

Can't wait for this movie. This is one I'll go to the theater to see for sure. And I only say that about a handful of movies.

The pictures for Prometheus are stunning. I must admit that by following your blog I'm learning about a genre I no little about. Just spent some time reading your bio and info on your book -- WOW! I'm blown away by your talent -- I can't imagine having a mind that is so creative.

I'm in awe of people who can create such beauty, even if its dystopian images. The jack-o-lanterns on the tree/monster is my favorite one.
