I've been playing this game with my friend Dillon on the p.c. and it's pretty sweet. Check out the trailer below...it's really sad and just might make you cry (not kidding). Have a great weekend.
If it involves killing waves of zombies, my son will love it. I'm more into games that involve designing, building, or strategy. These are usually PC games...like Caesar and I used to like Roller Coaster Tycoon. I also used to play Guildwars.
I loved the trailer, but I Red Boxed the game for Xbox when it came out and absolutely hated it. :-( I was so disappointed. The graphics were nice though. I hope you enjoy playing it more than I did!
I've heard mixed reviews but you are the second person I trust to give it a recommendation. I'll probably pick it up eventually but the next 2 months is crazy good for game releases and I want to spend my money wisely. I'm currently playing a ton of Gears of War while I'm waiting for Assassin's Creed and Skyrim to be released.
I had it on 360 for a week or so (Gamefly) but I sent it back. It was fun, but I prefer the third person of Dead Rising for Zombies, or a game like Left 4 Dead.
I can't really comment because the trailer left me feeling horrified. But I won't judge. Obviously there's some kind of fun in playing a game like this. Explain?
I'm really excited to play this game. And I love the trailer for it. I thought it was so well done in a number of ways. On my blog, I actually posted a dissection of how its wonky chronology makes the trailer emotionally impactful.
I loved the trailer so I went and watched a review, even though I'm not in the market for any new games right now. The jury's still out, but I'd give it a second look.
I LOVE gaming. When I was pregnant with my second child, I would balance the fresh chocolate chip cookies (I had to have) on my belly, while gaming and shouting at the screen. My hubby started to worry about how our little guy would turn out. :) Oh, I miss the original Halo.
I have watched the trailer before. It was a trend on twitter. lol it has to be expensive :D

ReplyDeleteI'd rather stick to playing "Conflict" and "Spy Hunter" for the NES.

ReplyDeleteI'm not much of a gamer anymore. I guess when my time starting becoming more scarce I started cutting things. Games were among the first to go.

ReplyDeleteI suspect this is not my kind of game *hides wimpish eyes behind wimpish fingers*
ReplyDeleteI wasn't going to watch at all, but your recommendation carries weight. So I did and now I'm sad.
ReplyDeleteThat is a great trailer, though. They should just make a movie based on that.
ReplyDeleteI heard this is pretty cool for a zombie game, but that it rips off Dead Rising a little bit. I'm curious though
ReplyDeleteLooks fun, although I'm not really a zombie game fan.
ReplyDelete:-)

ReplyDeleteMight have to try it since the next Diablo will never be released...
ReplyDeleteI played Scrabble last night.
ReplyDeleteLooks like a creepy game - I think I'd rather read books or see movies about it than play a game though. hehe
